Where do you source your raw materials from?
At our company, we take pride in sourcing the majority of our ingredients locally, as well as from trusted suppliers in Australia and United Kingdom. We conduct thorough research to ensure that the ethics of our partners with our values, guaranteeing that you receive not only high-quality products but a commitment to responsible sourcing. Your trust is important to us, and we to uphold the highest standards in all our ingredients.
What is the shelf life of your homemade products?
Our products are 100% all-natural and contain no artificial preservatives, which gives them a shelf life of 8 to 24 months To maintain their freshness, please store them away from direct and at room temperature or below. We incorporate Vitamin E in many of our products to enhance their natural shelf life and the oils in their most potent form. If ever receive a product that does not meet our freshness standards, please reach out to us via our Contact page so we can address the issue individually.
Why is your delivery expensive?
Our products are packaged in sturdy glass vessels, making them quite heavy. We prioritize the safe delivery of your items, which means we take extra precautions in packaging them securely for transport. As a result, shipping costs may be higher than usual, but we guarantee your products will arrive safely and in excellent.
How soon can I expect my order?
After placing your order, please allow up to one week for it to ship. Each item is handcrafted, which involves creating, bottling, labeling, and shipping, making the process longer than for mass items. Many of our products are made to ensure peak freshness upon arrival. If you have a specific in mind, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. For international orders, please allow up to four weeks for delivery after shipping. While items often arrive sooner, customs may occasionally hold packages, and we have limited control over this process. Additionally, we do not cover customs fees.
Are your products made in Singapore?
All of our products are carefully handcrafted and designed right here in our cozy office located in sunny Singapore.
Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
At this time, we can only allow one discount code per order.
Can I make a refund on items purchased?
